How this workflow works
Encode the network details in the QR
The WiFi content mode accepts network name, security type, password and hidden-network status. The generated QR uses the dedicated WiFi payload format so compatible devices can recognize it as network information.
Add a physical sign around the code
The WiFi Sign template expands the object beyond the QR itself and adds a physical WiFi symbol. This makes the output better suited to a counter, guest room, office, event space or other location where the purpose of the QR should be obvious before scanning.
Review both scanning and printing constraints
A sign can look good on screen while still having modules that are too small for the chosen print profile. ScanSafe tracks the QR measurements and geometry so you can increase the physical size or adjust print settings before downloading the model.
