Combine a WiFi QR payload with a dedicated physical sign layout. The template adds a WiFi symbol and extra sign area around the code while preserving the same print controls, ScanSafe analysis and export workflow.
The current generator runs in your browser. ScanSafe provides guidance, not a guarantee that every physical print will scan.

Design the WiFi sign around where guests will scan it
A physical sign combines network credentials, QR geometry and placement. The best size depends on viewing distance and the density of the encoded WiFi payload.
Prefer a guest network
Use credentials intended for visitors when the sign will be in a public or customer-facing area.
Set size from scan distance
A countertop sign and a wall sign do not have the same camera distance or module-size needs.
Keep the WiFi symbol outside the QR margin
The decorative icon should explain the purpose without intruding into the quiet zone.
Retest after network changes
A new SSID, password or security mode makes the old static QR obsolete.
How this workflow works
Encode the network details in the QR
The WiFi content mode accepts network name, security type, password and hidden-network status. The generated QR uses the dedicated WiFi payload format so compatible devices can recognize it as network information.
Add a physical sign around the code
The WiFi Sign template expands the object beyond the QR itself and adds a physical WiFi symbol. This makes the output better suited to a counter, guest room, office, event space or other location where the purpose of the QR should be obvious before scanning.
Review both scanning and printing constraints
A sign can look good on screen while still having modules that are too small for the chosen print profile. ScanSafe tracks the QR measurements and geometry so you can increase the physical size or adjust print settings before downloading the model.
