TERMS OF USE

Terms for using ModuQR

These terms describe the rules and important limitations that apply when you use the ModuQR website, generator, model tools and exports.

Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Using the service

By using ModuQR, you agree to use the service lawfully and without interfering with the service, its infrastructure or other users.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

2. What ModuQR provides

ModuQR provides software tools for QR payloads, QR images, 3D geometry, templates, technical guidance and downloadable model files.

Features may change, be added, be removed or become unavailable as the product develops.

3. Your content and rights

You are responsible for the text, URLs, contact information, network credentials and other content you encode or use with the service.

You must have the rights and authority necessary to use that content and must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or rights-infringing activity.

4. Printing and scan-performance limitations

A digitally valid QR code is not automatically guaranteed to scan after physical printing or fabrication.

ScanSafe, QR Integrity, Geometry Health, Print Forecast and related indicators are technical guidance based on measurable conditions, not guarantees of physical performance.

5. STL, 3MF and model exports

You are responsible for reviewing exported files in your own slicer or manufacturing workflow before printing or production.

ModuQR model checks do not replace machine-specific validation, safety review or professional engineering judgment when those are needed.

6. Service availability

The service is evolving and may experience maintenance, errors, incompatibilities or interruptions.

ModuQR does not promise permanent support for every browser, device, slicer, printer or file workflow.

7. Third-party services, advertising and affiliates

The service may reference or integrate third-party hosting, software libraries, advertising providers or merchants.

Third-party products and services are controlled by their providers, including pricing, availability, privacy practices and terms.

8. Intellectual property

ModuQR software, site design, original written content, branding and original interface elements are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

Your rights in content you provide remain subject to the rights you already hold and any applicable third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will meet every specific technical, commercial or manufacturing requirement.

You are responsible for validating generated QR codes and model files for your intended real-world use.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service adds accounts, payments, dynamic QR functions, APIs, business plans or other material features.

The updated date shown on this page identifies the current published version.
