How this workflow works
A QR built for network access
The WiFi mode formats the network details into the standard WiFi QR payload rather than treating them as ordinary text. This gives the scanner the information needed to offer a network connection directly when the device supports it.
Move from a sticker to a physical sign
After the QR is generated, the WiFi Sign template adds a physical sign area and WiFi symbol around the QR. You can still tune size, base thickness and QR geometry, then inspect the complete object in the live 3D preview.
Keep credentials under your control
QR generation happens in the browser in the current tool. As with any WiFi sign, remember that anyone who can scan or inspect the QR may be able to recover the encoded network credentials.

Yes. Choose the no-password security option for an open network.
Can I create a hidden WiFi network QR?
Yes. The WiFi form includes a hidden-network option in addition to network name, security and password.
Can I export the WiFi sign as STL or 3MF?
Yes. The WiFi Sign template can be exported through the normal STL or 3MF workflow after preflight.
