QR CODE TABLE STAND

Create a tabletop QR stand for 3D printing

Build a self-supporting display around your QR with adjustable viewing angle and base depth. The Stand template is intended for counters, desks and tabletop placements where the code should face the scanner instead of lying flat.

The current generator runs in your browser. ScanSafe provides guidance, not a guarantee that every physical print will scan.

BUILT FOR REAL WORKFLOWS

Useful checks without pretending the browser can guarantee a print

ModuQR keeps the core workflow fast and transparent: create the QR, inspect the physical model, review technical checks and export without signing in.

Browser-first core

QR creation and model generation are designed to run in your browser. The core builder does not require a ModuQR cloud account.

No account required

The main generator works without registration, saved cloud projects or a subscription.

ScanSafe stays honest

Digital integrity, physical module sizing and print-oriented checks are useful guidance, not a promise that every fabricated QR will scan.

Exports get checked

STL and 3MF workflows use export preflight and component-level topology checks before the current model is generated.

Core generation is free. Monetization is designed around content and discovery areas, not inside the 3D builder.

What you can do

Create a tabletop QR stand for 3D printing

01

Three viewing presets

Choose Compact, Balanced or Upright, or move into Advanced controls for a custom angle.

02

Adjustable base depth

Tune the footprint of the stand to balance compactness and physical stability.

03

Full QR checks remain active

ScanSafe continues evaluating the QR while the object is displayed as a stand.

How this workflow works
01

Angle the QR toward the scanner

A tabletop object is often easier to scan when the QR faces the user instead of pointing straight upward. The Stand template provides Compact, Balanced and Upright angle presets, with Balanced as the practical default for general tabletop use.

02

Balance footprint and presentation

Base depth affects how much table space the stand uses and how the geometry supports the display. Advanced controls let you tune the viewing angle and depth scale, while the live 3D preview makes the relationship visible before export.

03

Keep the QR itself within printable limits

Changing the stand does not remove the need for sufficient QR module size and feature depth. ScanSafe continues to evaluate the QR and current print profile so a visually attractive stand does not hide an undersized code.

Frequently asked questions
Which stand angle is recommended?

Balanced at 72 degrees is the current recommended starting point for general tabletop use.

Can I change the angle manually?

Yes. Advanced Stand controls allow a custom angle and base-depth adjustment.

Can the table stand use a Recessed QR?

Yes. The QR mode can be switched between Raised and Recessed while using the Stand template.
