3MF can carry a richer model package than a basic mesh-only handoff. The receiving slicer still decides which parts of that structure it understands and preserves.
Open the package in your target slicer
A valid 3MF package does not mean every slicer exposes the same object or material behavior.
Verify dimensions
Confirm the model arrives at the expected physical size before slicing.
Review QR and base roles
Where separate object roles are preserved, check that the QR-related geometry and base are interpreted as expected.
Fall back to STL when appropriate
For a simple single-mesh workflow, STL may be easier and more interoperable.

Why choose 3MF for a QR model?
3MF can carry richer object and model information than a plain STL file. In ModuQR, that makes it useful for preserving the distinction between base geometry and QR-related geometry in the generated package.
Verified before download
The 3MF exporter builds the package, then performs a self-check on the archive structure and expected model objects. This complements the geometry preflight and component topology checks that run before the export.
Still compatible with a practical workflow
Your slicer remains responsible for machine settings, layer strategy, material behavior and supports. The generator focuses on creating QR geometry, checking its measurable constraints and packaging the current model consistently.
