The QR is a wrapper around the WhatsApp destination. The phone number and optional prefilled message should be verified as a complete user flow.
Use the intended business number
Confirm the destination is the account that should receive public conversations.

How this workflow works
Reduce the steps to start a chat
The WhatsApp mode builds a wa.me link from the phone number and optional message. A person scanning the QR can open the link and continue into WhatsApp when the service is available on the device.
Prepare context in the first message
A prefilled message can give the conversation a useful starting point, such as a product inquiry, appointment request or event context. The visitor can still review or edit the message before sending it.
Bring the QR into a physical environment
Because the same payload can continue into the 3D builder, the WhatsApp QR can become a counter sign, plaque, table stand or other printable object instead of remaining only a digital graphic.

Does the QR send the WhatsApp message automatically?
No. The QR opens the prepared WhatsApp link. The user remains in control of reviewing and sending the message.
What phone-number format should I use?
Use the international number including country code. The generator removes formatting characters and builds the WhatsApp link from the number.
Can I leave the message empty?
Yes. The phone number is the essential field; the prefilled message is optional.
